1. Mandatory Screening

All clients must complete a health screening questionnaire prior to participation.

2. Cryotherapy Safety

Protective equipment is mandatory. Sessions are supervised. Individuals with severe

cardiovascular conditions or uncontrolled hypertension may not be eligible.

3. Red Light Therapy Safety

Protective eyewear is mandatory. Photosensitive individuals must disclose relevant

conditions.

4. Contrast Therapy Safety

Temperature exposure is supervised and time controlled. Clients must report dizziness or

discomfort immediately.

5. Right to Refuse Service

VAURA reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for safety reasons.

6. Emergency Protocol

Sessions will be stopped immediately if discomfort occurs and emergency services will be

contacted if required.
