1. Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to appointment. Late cancellations or no

shows may result in forfeiture of session credit.

2. Membership Terms

Membership fees are non refundable. Benefits must be used within the active membership

period unless otherwise stated.

3. Packages

Package sessions are non refundable once activated. Transfers require written approval.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days, subject to applicable

deductions.

5. Service Disruptions

VAURA shall not be liable for interruptions due to force majeure events.
